The WiiN application was designed to be cross-platform, available for iOS and Android. The app tracks equipment, tools and/or any tangible resources a company may have. Locating those tools when needed can be difficult, especially when those resources are scattered throughout the field. WiiN makes this easier by placing checks and balances on the management and use of equipment.
By checking equipment out before heading into the field, the app keeps record of who left with what, where they are and how long they plan on needing those tools. This decreases loss through accountability, while making it easier to plan around available resources.

The Acklen and Guttman families are two sides of one large and generous family. Each year they make donations to several charity foundations and account for the majority of sponsorships. One of these events includes the Ronald McDonald House Charities annual Red Tie Gala. Each sponsor receives an advertisement space in the event program.
The ad was designed for a full page in an 8.5"x5.5" booklet. Constrained to design in only black & white, it was balanced by forgoing imagery and focusing on typography, subtle graphics and layout design.

Various logo designs and concepts including; a personal project, a freelance service, two co-op projects for Barking Fish Lounge, and three logos designed for a successful entrepreneur and his umbrella of companies. Not all were selected as the final rendition. Some were second and third string designs worthy of showcasing. Others are spin-off concepts finalized for my own enjoyment. Ex. The Lion Crest was a sketch I once thought would make for an eye-catching automotive emblem for an exotic supercar.

A simple app with a serious job. How do you keep track of the people who owe you money? Like many people, I entered that info into my notepad. Why is that bad? Well, for one, 30 seconds with your phone, and all your notes can be emailed to another email account for retrieval. Notes aren't secure, they aren't encrypted, and they aren't structured for that type of task. Cue LEDGR.
By creating an app - that manages a simple list, secures and locks that list down with a 4-digit passcode, time stamps all records, provides a total for Money In and Money Out, and for good measure, offers optional payment receipts, so both parties can have a record that the IOU is cleared - all of those issues have been addressed. For you to enjoy soon on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

MHC is local company in the product development industry with multiple brands under one roof focusing on medical and diabetic related products. Bringing a fresh new look and energy to generally accepted and otherwise bland product and package design, MHC courageously set foot on a vibrant new path.
MHC wanted an updated logo that speaks of their multiple, bright and colorful brands and; in addition, hints to the idea of packaging through the use of diagonal edge lines and a reoccurring crease element - tipping the hat to their hard-working package design team whose efforts established a much deserved product awareness in the industry.

This is the fun, imaginative, sushi-crazed side of me. I love sushi and sought out to be a sushi chef at age 18. It wasn't until much later that I developed such a passion for it. Before then, it was a welcome challenge and source of new, somewhat privileged knowledge. It quickly became a creative outlet for me involving one of my other favorite things - food. As I worked my way through school, I created and served sushi as an apprentice to various willing educators. I absorbed everything and became a rather exceptional talent among my peers. I lovingly created sushi for 8 years. During my slow work days, I would day-dream and sketch sushi characters, all with unique personalities reflecting their physical traits or even sometimes, menu names. Ex. The Angry Dragon!
You're looking at Sushi San - a simple, overall likeable, fun-loving, rich-in-personality salmon and avocado roll. The leading roll (pun intended) amongst a wildly imaginative cast of preps, outcasts, degenerates, wannabes and nerdy go-getters. A regular Freaks and Geeks of my sushi case.
Next is Wasabi Ninja, my personal alter-ego and occasional late night gamer tag - a mysterious, miss-understood night owl and general badass with a chef's knife; or Katana, in his case. Then there's Spicy Mayo. What can I say about him. He's a bit different, yet everyone loves him...that is, in moderation of course. He can easily be a bit overwhelming.
These are only a few of my drawings and one possible application of many I've day-dreamed. I hope they put a smile on your face!
